Apologies for the inconsistent blogging recently.
Life has been limiting my time and ability to post as often as I'd like; as I hurtle into pre-production on a new film project the days and nights are too short to balance work and family and friends and find any time left for myself, or much of myself left to share with the rest of you.
I look forward to giving you updates from New York and from the front lines of the film set from time to time soon.
In the meantime, I will leave you with a few hand-drawn panels I copied from DOCTOR SOLAR - MAN OF THE ATOM, a great sixties comic book from Dell that has been anthologized and republished by Dark Horse Comics.
Looking at them now I realize that probably subconsciously I was attracted to these images as they reflected some inner state of mind associated with leaving home!
The android's hand darts forward, seizes the man of atom's mask, and yanks it upward!
And in place of the beauty, a menacing faceless creation is revealed!
Remember, last time I went on location I fell down a 20 foot hole! No semi-dark theaters for me on this show!
Yikes! Call my shrink!
Be back soon with more exciting adventures from the comic life of a Hollywood outlier!
Promise!!

Wow. I've been reading your stuff for about a year now and this is basically the only sh*t I dont agree with. Give atleast a little credit where credit is due. Kobe got his ass kicked by this so called fluke. So what? Chill out. No one said the Rockets were the best team.
