No history of 21st Century illustration and comic art would be complete without including the work of a young but emerging master of the field.
Primitive? Perhaps.
But who knows?
Natalie Mora Horberg may someday take her place next to Norman Saunders and Reynold Brown in the pantheon of American illustrators. You heard it here first!

She's definitely got her own little style already...Wow...that is so neat! And primitive is one of my favorite styles....the Nicaraguan primitivist painters are at the top of my list!! :-)
Go little Natalie!!!!

Natalie is one of my very favorite young artists. I already have one of her drawings hanging in my private art collection.

FFFFantastic! So much confidence in these drawings. I see Natalie taking her place in illustrative history right next to Bill Peet!

Seriously Bill, she's got the instinct of story emerging from gesture and that's the magic.
